Old town and caves.

Two breakfasts this morning, one lot of McDonalds and one portion of noodles.

After this feast, we caught a taxi to Silver Cave ( 银子岩). This is a huge cave about 18km from Yangshuo,
It has a long, 2 km concrete pathway through it, passing a vast number of stalactites and stalacmites, all lit up like Disneyland.

It was incredibly hot inside the cave and the many large pedastal fans were wlelcome.

The coffee in the cafe outside was gross.
From there we caught another taxi to the old town on Xingping (兴坪镇). This was about a 90 min drive north of Yangshuo. The old town is very scenic and the river views are spectacular.

We caught the same taxi back to Yangshuo and had dinner at a nice place, although some of the dishes looked really odd.

Walking back to the hotel was a struggle as the crowds were huge as we made our way down the main street. Could have been very dangerous in a panic but we made it back ok. I took Hung's hand, did not let go and basically barged our way through. Once you get away from the main street and start heading up the towards the hotel, the crowds thinned out.
