Relaxing by the Caribbean.

Friday 24 April - The border crossing into Belize was very quick and painless and we carried onto San Ignacio. Afternoon wandering the town, not much to see. Early night for some, but others back at some time just before dawn!

Saturday 25 April - A lazy morning. An afternoon canoeing trip although some of the boys were very much worse for wear from the previous night. We canoed up the Macal River to the junction of the Mopan River. Not a lot to see.

Sunday 26 April - Went caving in the St Herman Cave system in Blue Hole National Park, Belmopan. It took about four hours to go from one end of the cave to the other. Swum at the Blue Hole Pool.

Monday 27 April - An early start for bus to Belize City and then a speed boat out to Caye Caulker. Lots of great swimming places and bars offering happy hours.

Tuesday 28 April - A lazy day, swimming, sunbathing, shopping, eating and drinking.

Wednesday 29 April - Another lazy day swimming, sunbathing, shopping, eating and drinking (but not necessarily in that order).

The only picture I took of Caye Caulker as I was too busy doing nothing.
